A good place to work for but be prepared to be surrounded by 'Type A' people!

ProsGood career path; compensation and benefits; talented people; the culture is very aggressive/competitive but people get things done.

ConsThe culture is fairly aggressive...the leadership team is consists of primarily Type A people but at the same time they are extremely talented/intelligent people - the Elites.

Advice to Senior ManagementTake risk and lead! Be more open to changes.
