“Complicated Processes”
I have been working at Black & Veatch full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Good Pay and Good Benefits
Cons – Company brings the Power and Water processes to the Telecom side of the house and they dont work. Need to streamline processes. Telecom doesnt operate the same as those slow moving programs. Need to hire QUALIFIED staff. Need to TRAIN new staff instead of just throwing them into the fire. Recruiters are HORRIBLE.
Advice to Senior Management – Train new people on the BV ways and complicated processes. Upgrade the staff in recruiting.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
