“Great company to work for”
I have been working at BlackBerry full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Management and colleagues are supportive and strive to do a good job, competitive salary/benefits package.
Cons – A sense of urgency on most projects sometimes leads to cutting corners sacrificing quality of approved deliverables.
Advice to Senior Management – Start planning process earlier so as to improve clarity, understanding and quality of requirements.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
