Pros

Well known brand, great autonomy for managers that are interested in achieving and progressing their team, scope to add and implement your ideas, clear recognition for good efforts, not so beurocratic, dynamic work experience, friendly approachable people, good salary.

Cons

Uncertainties/insecurity of the company during the recent transition period,
Management has been lacking accountability.
I get a feeling that quite a few people are not sufficiently qualified/experienced for their roles and making up as they go along, while others have to work harder to fill the gap.

Advice to Management

Set clear accountabilities for management and hold them to it. Foster and reward innovation in every department.

    - Working with smart and interesting people
    - Great work/life balance
    - Plenty of training opportunities

    Cons

    - At times, too much process overhead (to keep to ISO standards)
    - Not enough communication on product roadmap
    - Too much hierarchy, too many managers

    Advice to Management

    - Work to keep innovation going and align your organizations to this rather than being provincial

Laid Off, disappointed, but not bitter

    Pros

    Innovation, competetive salaries, great collegues

    Cons

grew too fast, too young, their strength was their weakness, bonus structure created division, not inclusion - lots of folks aspiring to be leaders before they learned to follow

    Advice to Management

Promote people based on ability and accomplishment, create areas for promotion that don't always mean managing - being good at a skill does not necessarily make one a good manager
