“Unhappy Employee”
Current Employee – been working at BlackBerry full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Great Benifits, Vacation, 401K, Medical, Dental, Coworkers.
Cons – Company does NOT manage projects and marketing well at all. Ex Co- CEO's ran company into the ground.
Advice to Senior Management – Market yourself Better!!! Most people I meet do not know that RIM has a Tablet that works great!!!
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
