I have been working at BlackBerry full-time (more than 8 years)

Pros

New innovative operating system, sometimes exposure to new technolgies.

Cons

Very rigid management structure, politics and arrogant management style ruined an otherwise good company.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hopefully they will do something before it is too late.

    it has been great even though if blackberry is just a party/manufacturer only few of us know that RIM is to be saluted

    Pros

    well i havent experienced anything so far but the associates working for it deserve sometihing for their service

    Cons

    battery power and rubber panels in terms of hardwares

    RIM is above average overall

    I worked at BlackBerry as an intern (more than an year)

    Pros

    RIM offers a lot of coop/inter opportunities for students at school. But the requirement for full time positions is high.

    Cons

    RIM is not innovative enough as an IT company.
