I have been working at BlackBerry full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Very professional and friendly people to work with. The company definitely takes care of its employees. The new CEO is turning things around and I am hopeful for 2013

    Cons

Fear of being cut in layoffs during downsizing. Even though they look to be performance-based, it is still nerve-wracking wondering if you will be next.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Even though you must lay people off, don't forget to take care of those that stay. Otherwise, the talented will leave.
