BlackRock is a good, stable employer, but not extraordinary.

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsVacation time and other benefits are above average, strong career growth opportunities overall, promotion from within is encouraged, work-life balance is better than industry standard.

ConsLimited professional opportunities outside of major sites (ie -NYC, London, San Francisco), bonuses are far less generous than what was advertised by HR recruiters.

Advice to Senior ManagementTreat employees at BlackRock as well as Investors are treated. Encourage recognition for jobs well done, as praise can be limited.
