“Good perks, questionable leadership from New York”
Former Employee – worked at BlackRock full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Great Benefits, good pay, 5 weeks paid vacation.
Cons – Not much variation outside of daily tasks.
All opinions are sent through departments from C-Level execs.
Not a flat organizational structure.
Advice to Senior Management – Create flat organizational structure. Wear jeans on Friday. Christmas party.
