Current Employee – been working at BlackRock as a contractor for more than a year

Pros – My managers are really nice. I like the people in my group. I have been able to enhance my excel skills due to my daily responsibilities. I got free coffee every morning and hot coco. I hard enjoy my experience so far.

Cons – I think they want you to be a temp forever. My managers say they like me but still have not made me a full-time offer. I continue to prove myself but am slow losing experience in the job due to the stability I feel in my current position.
