    I have been working at Blackbaud full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Great co-workers and clients and offers full telecommuting and relatively little travel. Good health and 401k benefits.

    Cons

    No educational opportunities. Not even seminars or job related on-line classes. In order to keep up your job skills, you have to keep up your education or you cannot stay current. Then when you no longer have a job, your skills are outdated. This is also a high stress job since you manage concurrent clients and someone always has a big problem.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Please add some training and team building benefits. Not all of your employees are co-located, but everyone needs to feel like they are contributing and are recognized for what they do everyday for the company and the clients.

    Pros

    Some autonomy within individual teams

    Cons

    Seemingly, corporate goals are more driven by sales goals and gobbling up competitors rather than on the long term plan of being able to properly staff the business increases. Would like to see more employee support for increased work loads.
