Good salary and benefits. Ability to move around to different positions. You will definitely make a lot of friends here if you choose to. Cafeteria on site.

Cons

the hours can be long. Organizational structure changes often so you have to be open to having many different managers over time.

Doesn't offer much opportunity for education or career growth

I have been working at Blackbaud full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Great co-workers and clients and offers full telecommuting and relatively little travel. Good health and 401k benefits.

    Cons

No educational opportunities. Not even seminars or job related on-line classes. In order to keep up your job skills, you have to keep up your education or you cannot stay current. Then when you no longer have a job, your skills are outdated. This is also a high stress job since you manage concurrent clients and someone always has a big problem.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please add some training and team building benefits. Not all of your employees are co-located, but everyone needs to feel like they are contributing and are recognized for what they do everyday for the company and the clients.
