ConsIn an industry where principle and character guides many decisions, ruthless business interest often wins out at Blackbaud.
Management tends not to learn from mistakes
Feeling the pain of the customer is often part of the job

Advice to Senior ManagementMany employees work at Blackbaud because they genuinely want to empower nonprofits, but that urge to help can often be taken advantage of by senior management. Many times Blackbaud would rather sell a new feature than take care of existing customers.
