    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

a nice building and a nice location on Daniel Island. There is a relaxed work attire, so for the most part jeans are ok, onsite cafeteria is nice

    Cons

minimal advancement opportunitites in finance low salaries with minimal opportunity to get raises/promotion

    Advice to Management

look at salaries and advancement opportunites for employees and compare to other similar companies. They've made it seem that the plus for a low salary is living at the beach - however that's not going to pay the rent!

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Lots of great colleagues, never bored, Charleston is very nice, good reputation, nice HQ building, some flexibility with work schedule.

    Cons

Work like a dog, too much travel, incompetent Managers, new products are 1/2 baked, too many silos, laptops are old and clunky.

    Advice to Management

Don't run all of your best team members into the ground, try to keep/promote folks who have figured out how to make the products work and know what they're doing. Encourage Developers and PD to talk to one another so we're not constantly re-inventing the wheel.
