Current Employee - Summer Intern  in  Chicago, IL
Current Employee - Summer Intern in Chicago, IL

    Pros

Met some good people and had a fun work environment. The only downside is the lack of compensation, but you should know that when you are applying. Overall, it is a good resume builder because you do handle things that most interns would not at large firms but don't hold your breath for a deal to close while you're there.

    Cons

Cons would be the lack of compensation and the location of the office. You're stuck paying your own transportation while you are working there and occasionally get lunch bought by the boss.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Managing director needs to know the interns by name instead of just calling them "you" and should be more personable and professional
