Pros – + Great People
+ Fun, fast paced and entrepreneurial work culture
+ Impressive client list
+ Social Committee, Goody Wed, Beer Carts, Holiday Parties, Day of Giving
+ Great culture of recognition
+ Good place to get your hands dirty building stuff that works
Cons – - lots of change since acquisition by WPP
- office is getting smaller
- lack of systems and process to be leaders in digital
Advice to Senior Management – + Communicate more - nothing wrong with over communicating
+ Walk the floors - be part of everyone's journey and experiences
+ Stability
