Customer Service Representative ATS

ATS Representative (Former Employee)
Irvine, CA

ProsWonderful facility, great medical/dental/vision plans, Friendly atmosphere.

ConsWhen promoting employees they tend to overlook qualities and strengths and instead they choose employees based on a "popularity contest". Ive had many friends that should have received a raise/promotion but they were overlooked because they were the quiet type. They have metrics that are not concrete and are unreasonable. Right when you think you're doing great they change the metrics again and you have to work towards a new goal to try and get a raise.

Plain and simple they have a well constructed system that makes raises very difficult. Be prepared to get paid less than what you're actually worth. They know that there are fanboys out there that are willing to do this job for next to nothing and they have mentioned it to employees before.

Advice to Senior ManagementRestructure the metrics system and offer a more competitive pay.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
