Former Employee – worked at Blockbuster part-time for more than 3 years

Pros – Free movies, it's a family store so you don't have to touch porn. Management is wonderful and friendly. Flexible hours. You do earn paid time off even if you are just an associate.

Cons – No raise in 3 years with the company, the stores in my area closed in quick succession. They are open 365 days a year so no mandatory vacation, and some stores are open until midnight.

Advice to Senior Management – Give more notice of changes in the stores.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
