    They pay good but expect way too much

    I have been working at Bloomingdale's full-time for less than a year


    Pros: Have great training process to ensure that all new associates are sent out to the selling floor full of product knowledge. The pay plan/commission… Cons: Upper level management has a great rep ore, and motivate each other when needed; but that doesn't make it's way down to the selling floor… Advice to Senior Management: Need to address issues with selling floor managers and re-evaluate… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
