I have been working at Bloomingdale's full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Great fashion, discount is fair. sales are good.

    Cons

Management is so disjointed with their "people" Most of them lack true people skills. Bloomie Bots programed to make your concern a negative or just plan talk in circles that is becomes exhausting to even approach them. Truly a sad place to work. There is NO true team or family. Treated like inmates, given a number. This company has a lousy open door policy. Kiss of death to question or even defend oneself. "like no other ' place I ever worked.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Yes, start from the top down. The door manager needs to pull the stick out of her ass.
