    Pros

    Decent training & work-life balance

    Cons

Set in the past in too many ways - boring/stodgy, dress code, too much HR/corporate vibe. Low pay.

    Advice to Management

Focus on future not past marketing media and more team building. Talk to and communicate with staff instead of blindly dolling out work.

    Pros

    -Good coworkers
    -Discount
-Hours, if you are full time

    Cons

-Upper Management's lack of interest for their employee's financial satisfaction. They are only concerned with the company's bottom line.
    -The hiring decisions are illogical.

    Advice to Management

If you want to maintain a great group of people in your sales force then you need to look at them as people, not robots. The way performance is measured is inaccurate.
