I have been working at Bloomingdale's

    Pros

    -Good coworkers
    -Discount
-Hours, if you are full time

    Cons

-Upper Management's lack of interest for their employee's financial satisfaction. They are only concerned with the company's bottom line.
    -The hiring decisions are illogical.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If you want to maintain a great group of people in your sales force then you need to look at them as people, not robots. The way performance is measured is inaccurate.
