High-End discounts
Friendly employees
Healthcare even for partimers
Pays higher than most Department Stores Including Macy's
Cons
Slow increase in pay
rated on affiliation of rich customers as oppose to actual sales
pushed to sale even when no one walks in the store
Advice to Senior Management
Give more chance for partimers to upgrade to full time. Communicate, communicate.
