Pros – - Amazing people
- Fun, young vibe
- Located in SOMA blocks from the ballpark

Cons – - Mid and Upper Management is reckless and inexperienced
- Job Safety is a huge issue and causes high anxiety among employees
- Surprisingly, the internet is always going down which makes an internet based sales job frustrating
- Comp plan was always changing and being 'adjusted' = again, new company and a bit reckless

Advice to Senior Management – Take responsibility for reckless decisions. Next time you are faced with yet another big layoff, look towards your mid and upper management and take into consideration the choices that have been made at the expense of employees. Also, when a big change is made, don't glaze over the issue and answer with a 'non-answer'. Be direct and honest.
