    Pros

Free snacks and weekly tech talks are a big plus. Also the people working there are knowledgable.

    Cons

I don't agree with the direction the comany is headed and there is an overwhelming feeling of insecurity due to changes to and by the upper management.

    Pros

    - the technology, the staff who have stuck it out and continue to believe in the face of adversity - the installed base, great customers, opportunities for sales - salaries are competitive

    Cons

    - new directors/VPs being placed into strategic positions by firm who now own the company. These new big hires are former colleagues of the new execs. - constant air of concealment and rumours about more lay-offs, more budget cuts makes current staff extremely nervous and insecure. - many key people who once were corner-stone of the company have all gone.

    Advice to Management

Remember that people are the foundations of the company you are trying to grow - if you forget them you will not succeed. Need to build trust again and ensure that staff believe in the new exec team. The values which once existed have disappeared
