I have been working at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois

    Pros

Great benefits, competitive salary, plenty of PTO.

    Cons

Little communication or feedback regarding job.

    Advice to Management

The problem isn't with open lines of communication, just with communication in general. I have rarely heard anyone getting feedback about their job. More is needed.

I have been working at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois

    Pros

I would have to say the medical benefits for employee insurance. Excellent rates for coverage.

    Cons

Salaries are lower than market value regardless of what the Medical Management (Tom, Felicia, Ron) Senior Team identifies. Salaries increase are based on personal relationships with what I call the "Blue Kool-Aide" drinkers. Very similar to the situation at the People's Temple with Jim Jones. If you dont drink, (the BLUE) you will not last in Medical Management.

    Advice to Management

    Brace Yourself!
This new Kamikaze style of senior managment just might have bad results or consequences!
