“Once it was a place where the mantra was the team will not let you fail...”
Current Employee – been working at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – Enjoyed working there for many years, good people, good environment, good benefits, good support
Cons – Lately a culture of support and collaboration has devolved into a culture of disfunction and bosses that are ineffective, incompetent and narcisists.
Advice to Senior Management – Need to evaluate and really analyze the effectiveness of so many VPs with so few people reporting to them. They defer decisions that eventually make themselves, passive aggressive culture without the courage (a BCBSMN value) to be effective leaders with compassion that employees want to follow and work with!
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
