Former Employee - Customer Service in Eagan, MN
    Doesn't Recommend
    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

    - Decent Benefits Package and compensation - Great facilities (fitness center, cafeteria with many healthy options to choose from, clean work area) - A strong commitment to diversity

    Cons

    - Extremely poor technology - Lack off interest from executive level management and other "back office" departments as to what is going on at the service level - Disorganized/ poorly designed resources to perform job duties

    Advice to Management

Be more attentive to service. Encourage other departments to know and understand what is going on in service. Provide the department with technology that is innovative and works consistently. This is the only way you are going to see long-term quantifiable improvements in productivity. Service representatives simply cannot meet metric expectations with dated software and disorganized resources. While It's good showmanship to ask for efficiency input from service representatives, it means very little if you do not act upon the suggestions.
