Poor communication, too many administrative personel who has no incentive to produce.

ProsIf you can get an administrative position, the work is routine, you can't get fired unless they downsize.

ConsNo incentive for excellence. Poor communication overall.

Advice to Senior ManagementCommunicate. Hire supervisors who know how to communicate.

Pros: BCBSM may be good for someone right out of college. There are usually lots of positions open since they are routinely getting rid of folks… Cons: BCBSM lacks interest in pursuing excellence.
