Pros

The benefits are very good: health care, tuition reimbursement, 401K.

Cons

This is the most top heavy company I've ever seen. There are so many layers of VPs and Directors and they just attend meetings all day long. Turnover among the ground level workers is very high. They create positions to promote people and some managers/supervisors/team leads have two employees beneath them.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Cut some layers, add some workers. You'll get a lot more work done for your money.

    Pros

    Decent salary, good benefits, the people are very friendly and helpful.

    Cons

    You tend to get pigeonholed, advancement is a mystery, too many leaders in a project, not enough people to do the actual work.

    Pros

    - Very structured work environment
    - A lot of opportunities to gain more information regarding healthcare
    - A chance to make a difference to your community

    Cons

    - Not a lot of opportunity to grow as much from an Intern to a full time employee.
    - Workforce is very old (my previous department average age was 45)

    - Allow for the youth to make a difference in the organization.
