    Pros

The benefits package is very good

    Cons

Senior management is insular and will not work together which impacts everyone else, difficult to get new ideas implemented. Internal processes are extremely cumbersome. The best example is performance management - the review form is anywhere from 8-15 pages long. We were promised a "streamlined" review process at the end of 2009. Management and employees are still waiting. And Serota is WAY overpaid.
