    Pros

The people are great. Management expects hard work but rewards you for it. They're very fair minded. They also believe in putting our customers needs at in front. Our leaders sincerely promote making the customer experience an extremely positive one. This is a fantastic place to work. If you're doing a good job and are respectful of others, you will most likely retire there, as few people leave.

    Cons

Since very few people actually leave the company except through retirement, promotions can take a while to come.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep doing what you're doing. It's very much appreciated.
