Current Employee – been working at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Family friendly, growth opportunity, challenges
Cons – Needs to adapt to ensure employee satisfaction by knowledge not by majority. In other words the higher level employees not the majority who are entry level.
