Cons – -District level Administration
-Poor technology
-Not many opportunities for growth/programs outside of business partners
-Handful of bizarre parents/students
-Poor social-work program
-Lowest pay-scale & "negotiated contract" in metro
-Abuse of power by certain administrators/teachers
-Lack of input/opportunity in materials & resources

Advice to Senior Management – Make this a place teachers are fiscally valued and rewarded. Allow programs that seek to involve students and parents that aren't currently involved. Direct more attention to technology access and training at all buildings. Focus more on meaningful professional development where multiple professionals are involved-not merely one district level specialist. Get rid of early release days (they are a pain for students/staff/parents) and direct attention to more than just test-scores.
