Current Employee – been working at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee

Pros – Localized management- AKA your direct supervisor- is pretty good. Great benefits. The gym on campus is really great- as is the rest of the actual physical workplace.

Cons – Upper management isn't really seen often, if at all. It's hard to advance- lower-end workers that do a good job are thought of as indispensable for their specific job and they don't move up much.

Advice to Senior Management – Upper-level guys: go out and talk to your workers. Seriously. It helps a lot when managers and VPs stroll the floor
