Prefer Not to Disclose (Former Employee)
Boca Raton, FL

I worked at Bluegreen full-time for less than a year

ProsThe vacation packages for full time employees are great as are the initial 4 weeks of paid vacation that they offer.

ConsVery political atmosphere, not conducive for getting things done. Everyone wants their little piece instead of working for the greater good.

I am convinced that upper management (Maloney et. al.) have no idea waht is going on. If they did, and still allow these personalities to run roughshod over the company, then it is worse than I thought. I would prefer to give them the benefit of the doubt.
