Stop burying your heads in the sand and wake up before the company goes under.
Don't be afraid to address issues and enforce policies.
Respect everybody regardless of position, race, or gender.
Find out why there is such high turnover at the resort level.

    Pros

You can work quietly and independently depening on which department you are in, benefits, pto time

    Cons

High expecataions but poor raises (salary)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I was there six years, alot of favortism and unfairness went on here. My advice to management is when they see conflict between supervisor and employes don't be afraid to get involved and be fair. This company has a retaliation policy but it did no good because I felt very much retaliated against when I worked in the Mtg. Dept. Human Resources needs to be fair and not quick to take the side of managers and supervisors. I went to them when I was having issues with a supervisor in the Mtg. Dept., they didn't help me at all.
