I worked at Bluegreen Vacations full-time (less than an year)

Pros

Friendly, fun co-workers. Fun environment.

Cons

Company response to a sexually inappropriate incident, by a manager at an after-work gathering, was not adequate. He was simply transferred and not fired. I left of my own volition but still leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

    Pros

I met some cool and knowledgeable designers and developers. The cafe had decent coffee. It's close to a great pizza place.

    Cons

The director of the department is a misogynistic, bi-polar, lunatic, bent on creating an anti-creative atmosphere thick with fear and intimidation.

I advise all designers and developers considering this company to run in the opposite direction ... unless that is, you think that daily morning roll call overseen by a dictatorial buffoon sounds fun. Oh, and if you miss the roll call, you are ostracized for the rest of the week.
