Former Employee – worked at Bluestream Professional Services full-time for more than a year

Pros – Not much to share here.

Cons – Small company that you think would have more of an interest in work life balance and employee loyalty. This is reflected in the benefits package, day-to-day operations and lack of employee interest programs (such as work from home or teleworking programs). Interesting enough, they are upfront about business is all that matters. They sell the brand of being a family owned company but they really stand behind the phrase "MOM" my own money!

Advice to Senior Management – Understand that a happy employee is a good and loyal employee. Investing in your employees is a lost art amongst big companies and as a small family owned, this is the last hope for those potential employees that just want to feel like they are valued.
