There are no good reasons to work at Bob Evans.

Cons

The pay is horrible, the managers are very lazy and they don't recognize any of your work. The restaurant I worked in was either overstaffed so that there was not enough work to do and then we were yelled at for not working, or so understaffed that we all had to stay very late. Also, the shifts have no ending time.

Advice to Senior Management

Get off your lazy butts and help out the employees!
