Bob Evans – “good opportunities”
Pros
It is a job that rewards hard work and good effort. It builds up good communication skills with guests and pays decent for a young kid. All the employees there were real cool and created a fun enviornment. There was good training there also for development in the company. One person could learn a lot of different jobs. management was really good at educating servers and cooks on new food specs and new menu items.
Cons
it was hard to get days off. you could only miss a certain amount of days before you were fired no matter the reason. Management had servers do a lot of busy work even during busy times.
Advice to Senior Management
to help out more and understand the different jobs emotionally as well as physically. They must be able to know what servers are thinking when they have a lot of tables.
