    Pros

Becoming friends with coworkers. having a mostly set schedule.

    Cons

broken equipment. overly hot/humid building. management not listening to or trusting long term staff. The "virtual" list. long days with no time for rest. getting in trouble for relaxing at all. Not allowed to have fun anymore
