Pros

Training Program was in depth and postion based. I would like to see more hands on interaction rather than watching modules all day. It seems to be demoviating and disengaging. Bob Evans is a good place to work for but the pay is the main reason for me and a few others to terminate our own employment.

Cons

the salary does not compensate for the amount of hours and work you put in.
