Pros
the pay is ok and the coworkers are generally fun to be around. not a job recommended for everyone especially if you have a high school/college degree or skills of some kind.
Cons
-long work hours
-management is often hired off the street so they have no clue how to perform most of the jobs
-employee's are often hired at random off the street and can often be drug user's or people with no intelligence at all.
-co workers can tend to act immature a majority of the time
-no insurance at all
Advice to Senior Management
get your act together and act like the leader of a team not a kid sitting on top of a hill with a magnifying glass and don't run for the office as soon as "crap hit's the fan" and make sure you help ALL of the fellow employee's considering your often payed 3X as much as them for one fourth of the work.
