Continue to train and educate management on how to be more effective leaders.
Recognize that not every unit can meet specific expectations. The area coach should have expectations set for their area. From there the area coach can set reasonable goals for each unit based on the unit, as one size does not fit all. The area coach should strive to meet company goals as an area and not unit by unit. One unit may be expected to run well under company goal in a particular category to off set another unit . I am not suggesting that all units should not strive to meet company goals. I am suggesting that circumstances unique to each unit be factored in before attacking the manager.
