    Pros

The work hours that you are scheduled are very flexiable and they are great at working around college class hours.

    Cons

The turn over rate is high. You don't know who you will be working with from one week to the next.

I have been working at Bob Evans

    Pros

It's better than unemployment-but barely. Set schedules are a plus, and management relocations do not happen very often, even when needed

    Cons

    LOW starting pay
    bonus structure very top heavy
    few pay increases
no marketing support to drive sales
local marketing efforts have to be made with no funds, but are still expected to be made
high focus on customer survey results, with little regard for the labor costs of providing consistent good service to achieve desired results
middle management feels free to insult store management at any time for any reason

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

provide marketing support to struggling markets-or close them. forcing the smaller markets to do more with nothing is futile and frustrating
