A comfortable place to work, but if you want to move ahead, move on

ProsGreat Benefits, Good people, but more turnover lately. People here seem to really care about what they are working on.

ConsToo many hired on resumes, but not managerial skills. Promotion is who you know. Pipeline is not as exciting as it once was.

Advice to Senior ManagementGet out of the way or outsource.
