    Pros

Treat employees with respect. Very ethical and fair.

    Cons

Would not let me work from my home although I had been successfully working out of my home about 3 years unofficially.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I worked at Boehringer Ingelheim part-time for more than a year

    Pros

great building, good benefits so so pay.

    Cons

poor to no leadership, virtually no training your are given a job told to do it and left to your own devices. Would have been a great job but the coaches are more concerned about their wallet than your training, if you say you didn't do it you better be able to back it up with video and 15 witness's

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

get off your behinds and get your company on track, your supervisors are playing games with your company, im sorry your coaches. these people need direction not promotions. Fire them before you get ride of the people that actually make the money.
