I worked at Boeing as a contractor for more than a year

Pros – As a former employee of this company I was first impressed with the HR staff, they were with from start to finish, they were also available after job placement. The benifit package is one of the better ones offered by some. You were provided western style housing, individual transportation, full medical package, airfare to/from home of record. On site managers availbla 24/7 to provide any necessary assistance you may require. Compensation package included basic salary, annual bonus, and contract completion bonus.

Cons – The only real issue that concerned most of the staff was the travel time to and from the worksite, however after a few months it doesn't seem so bad.

Advice to Senior Management – Keep up the good things you do for the employees.
