“Engineer Scientist Specialist”
Former Employee – worked at Boeing full-time for more than 8 years
Pros – The pay was kind of low.
Cons – Good benefit during my time. Pension, tuition reimbursement, 401k, Profit Sharing.
Advice to Senior Management – Pay more to your talented engineers.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
